Tohoshinki’s single ranks top of the chart for the 12th time, making the new record for the foreign artists to be ranked No. 1.
The Korean popular group Tohoshinki’s new song “Catch Me -If you wanna-” (released on 16th) sold 137000 copies on the first week, and was ranked on the top of the Jan 28 single ranking chart. It is ranked on the top of the chart for three singles in a row, starting from “STILL” (released March last year), a total of 12 single ablums.
Tohoshinki’s single achieved TOP 10 starting from “Sky” (released Aug 2006, ranked 6th place), total 28 works. This time, they again broke their own record for the “Foreign artists to acheive the top of the single ranking chart” (2nd place, Ouyang feifei’s 2 works), “To acheive the top 10” (2nd place, BoA’s 25 works). They have also broke to record to sell 3 million copies by “ANDROID” (released July last year), now sold a total of 3264000 copies.
